according to your post, you're making very little profit so you remedy that by taking up MORE projects. This, in turn, overloads your small business and upsets your clients. Why dont stop taking new projects right now, finish up all the work you already have as best you can, and start over by taking only as much as you can handle, without getting greedy. I dont mean "greedy" in a bad way here, just dont bite off more than you can chew. Also, you're a tiny businessman who's acting like a big-shot. You can't afford, at this point, to make statements like "My business is a custom business" or "you think when impatient people nag about when their stuff is going to be done. And then wonder why it gets messed up". At this point in your business, you are the customer's bitch. You do as they say, and give them whatever they want at a timely delay. When and if you ever make a solid name for yourself, maybe then you can make those bold statements. Otherwise, if your intentions are really good, best of luck to you. George
